About Jaclyn Mestel

Upon completing a masters degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of Toronto, Jaclyn Mestel continued her post-masters education in Montreal at both The Argyle Institute and The Allen Memorial. This specialized training in individual psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy has allowed Jaclyn to take a client-centered approach and use various techniques depending on the need of the client.

Jaclyn is a member of the Quebec Order of Social Workers and has a private practice in the West Island of Montreal.
